Flame sensor
A flame sensor is a device capable of detecting the presence of flames. It can sense flames composed of high-temperature solid particles, mainly including various combustion products,intermediates,high-temperature gases, hydrocarbons, and inorganic substances.
Types
Infrared Flame Sensor:It can detect infrared rays with wavelengths ranging from 700nm to 1000nm and convert the detected infrared rays into electrical signals. It has a good response to different types of flames and is suitable for various scenarios. For example,in some household fire warning systems,it can quickly detect the infrared rays from stoves and other flame sources.
Ultraviolet Flame Sensor:It is only sensitive to ultraviolet rays with wavelengths below 300nm and insensitive to light in other spectral ranges.Since the wavelengths of sunlight reaching the ground and light from general electric light sources are all greater than 300nm,it can avoid interference from solar light sources, featuring high reliability,a high signal-to-noise ratio, and strong weak signal detection capability.
Composite Flame Sensor:It has both infrared and ultraviolet detection functions, combining the advantages of both to detect flames more comprehensively and accurately.
Ion-type Flame Sensor:Using the principle of ion sensing,it is only sensitive to flames and insensitive to high temperatures. It has good anti-interference performance and can be used to monitor weak flames.
