HZD-Z-6A-A2-B2-C2-D2 series

HZD-Z-6A/HZD-Z-7A is an upgraded version of the HZD-Z-6/HZD-Z-7 shaft vibration transmitter. The upgraded transmitter has added a digital display function, making monitoring data more intuitive. In addition, it uses a thin film button switch, making parameter settings and other operations more convenient.

The HZD-Z-6A/HZD-Z-7A shaft vibration transmitter is mainly used to monitor the radial vibration of rotors, measure rotating machinery, and output analog current and alarm shutdown signals. It can be easily connected to DCS and PLC systems.

Fault monitoring: monitoring the radial vibration, measurable shaft vibration, and runout of rotating machinery; Monitor the increase in vibration caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, and loose components;

Measurement parameters: radial vibration;

Unit type: various rotating machinery such as steam turbines, fans, compressors, pumps, etc; Suitable for retrofitting old units;

Installation requirements: Generally, it is required to install a set of X and Y probes with a 90 ℃ interval near the bearing. For standard double bearing rotating machinery, four sets of transmitters are usually configured.

The HZD-Z-6A integrated shaft vibration transmitter only needs to be used in conjunction with the probe and extension cable, and has all the functions of a split type, eliminating the need for a preamplifier and further reducing the number of measuring components, greatly improving its accessibility

The HZD-Z-7A shaft vibration transmitter requires a preamplifier, probe, and extension cable to form a system
