The HZD-L-XD digital vibration monitoring instrument can measure the vibration of the casing or structure relative to free space,which is absolute vibration,especially suitable for machines with ball bearings.In this type of machine,the vibration of the shaft can be transmitted to the casing more.Therefore,the monitoring instrument can be equipped with a magnetic electric speed sensor for continuous measurement and protection of rotating machinery.The installation of the sensor should be particularly careful not to reduce the amplitude of the sensor,and the frequency effect should not be changed or the generated signal cannot represent the true vibration of the machine.
The HZD-L-XD Vibration Monitor is particularly suitable for situations where a large number of vibration points need to be measured,such as motors,compressors,fans,etc.
The HZD-L-XD single channel vibration monitor can be used to measure the vibration of bearing seats,casings,or structures.The sensor sends the measured voltage signal of mechanical vibration to the instrument,and the instrument can display the speed value.
